Forum Email

My email for the forum is comcast email.  It's not in the spam folder.  The fix installed by a vendor few days ago was supposed to fix this problem.  My understanding is that this is not just me having the issue.

I tested with @XfinityJessie and confirmed that the issue was resolved.

The "fix" didn't work for me either -- I still get no email notifications for DMs. For those, the in-Forum notifications work for me, but the "fix" didn't help me at all for Replies, for which I still get no notification whatsoever.

Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
