Forced password reset weekly

I have had to change my password for my Xfinity account at least twice a week for months now. I have seen multiple forums on here with similar issues and noticed that @ComcastCSAEmail has been able to fix this issue. 


Any way I can get some help?

I can take a look into this for you. Few follow up questions:

  • Do you use a VPN when accessing your emails?
  • If no, then do you frequently access your account outside the country?
  • When is the last time you ran a Anti Virus/Malware scan on your devices?
  • Do you frequently access your email/account from unsecured public WiFi connections?(ie: Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Public Library, Train Station, Airport, etc.)
  • When is the last time you changed your Secret Question?
  • Do you share the account with anyone?
