Folders

How do I add a folder for my emails?  I've tried clicking "add", but it does not put the new one with the ones that are already there.

Are you using webmail or a third party email client?

Webmail.  I have entered 3 new folders, but instead of merging them with the rest of them, they are put into an area beneath "Trash" that is entitled "My Folders".

When I ask the question I went into webmail and created a folder titled "New Folder" [imaginative, no?], and it showed up right under the Inbox.

Next to your Inbox you should see three lines.  When you click on that it gives you the option of creating a new folder.  Is this what you did?  Or, did you click on the plus sign by My Folders?

You need to click on the three lines by your Inbox.
