Thank you. I figured it out. I had downloaded an attachment earlier in the day and the hide folders/show folders toggle is in the same place as where you click to open a downloaded file. Perhaps I was too aggressive with my clicking. And perhaps Comcast should re-think placement.

In webmail, in the lower left of the screen, click on the word "Show" and your folders should reappear.
