Folder migration

My folders from xfinity (comcast) email have not migrated to Yahoo. I need those files so how do I get them to migrate?

dam23 Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the Yahoo migration of your folders concern. To start have none of them migrated or only a few? These are the limitations on folder migration if a few are missing that may be the cause:
  1. Your folders will be moved to Yahoo Mail, with a limit of 4,100 folders. Folders exceeding this limit will be consolidated into one.
  2. Folders with names over 240 characters will be truncated.
  3. You will be notified if any email messages with attachments over 25 MB cannot be moved, and you will have 30 days to download them.

If this isn't the case, please let us know.
