Floods of spam!

I am getting dozens of of emails a day in my inbox most with Comcast addresses and often referring to Admin, Comcast or Xfinity in the titles. I keep blocking these things with different combinations of the names but while my spam/junk filter works sometimes half the time it doesnt. Help!!!!
