Fix Permanent Error

I'm trying to email our pastor and our office manager at our church through comcast.net emails and receiving permanent error.  I have tried other non comcast.net emails and it works.  Others with comcast.net are having the same problem.  I have worked with the church's ISP/email host and they thought they fixed it but it is not working. Please help!

How are you trying to email them? through the web portal or using a third party email client?

@Again Through the web portal.  I think others have done it through other methods. - Heather

@user_a04365 Please post the exact error message when trying to send, but leave out any personal identifying information, such as name and/or email address before the @ sign.

Here is the msg,  I took out the domain affected also.  I'm hopeful we can get this remedied and would be great if we can get someone from comcast support to help. I have more detailed msgs but don't want to post that on an open forum.   It has been a headache for myself and other congregants to be able to email the pastor and other staff.

@Again  Did you have any suggestions with the message I received.  It is still happening.

I've been having the identical problem, only when sending to a specific domain - any address associated with an organization that I'm active with.  Perhaps a coincidence, but it's also a church-similar organization (secular).  This has been a growing problem for the last month or two, but now is very consistent.  I see there's another forum thread on this identical issue, too.  Is there anyone at Comcast who can help with this?  A solution is switching to gmail, but I really don't want to have to do that.
