fix my email. i have been trying to find your customer service email FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS NOW
LOCKED OUT OF MY EMAIL. Changed my password on your site a couple of times, changed my apple password a couple of times, STILL LOCKED OUT. please fix this. Email address is [Edited: "Personal Information]
I will not talk to a “customer service” rep or a tech rep because they all want to sell you something, and i just want to get my email fixed.
Will not deal with your website because you just want me “add services’ [Edited: "All Caps"]
You know I’m right, you do, comcast has always had the worst service ever, jut fix MY EMAIL

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies if you are trying to log in to the website {https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ ]? If you're using a third part app did you change the password there?
Check on the website if third part app is checked. Even if it is, uncheck it, close out of email, close out of your browser and start a new session.
