I can see neither what is in the filter nor what is still getting through (what the filter is not catching).  There is a shaded yellow triangular warning-sign symbol in each place.  Either a moderator will have to release the hold on whatever it is that you are trying to show us, or you will need to rephrase your question.

Offhand, I do not know and cannot tell why the filter that you have created is not working.

I know from prior experience that the mods do not like it if you post email addresses.  So, if the email addresses within what you have now posted are legitimate rather than wildcards, I suggest that you edit your message.

The guessing is that your filter won't work because webmail decodes the subject from BASE64 to ASCII and removes the ?UTF-8?B? prefix before it is presented to the filter. In this instance, you'd have to filter on "personalized holiday gifts, trim, and accessories" instead.

I know of no way to filter ?UTF-8?B? subjects using the filters in Comcast's Open-Xchange Appsuite webmail.

That makes sense.

Agreed, those email addresses are not the actual ones 🙂
