exchange incoming server blocked by Xfinity

My email works fine on my phone but my laptop at home hard wired or wireless connection will not receive incoming Outlook Imap work email.  This just started after I upgraded my speed.  All settings are fine, have not changed and I'm getting the 0x800ccc0e error I can send mail but cann't receive on my laptop.  Help please I have to work.

What does the exact error say?

And, fwiw, residential service doesn't use Exchange
