If you view the raw source of the bounce email you should find additional information explaining what the problem is.

@thisisrk. A good step is to submit to on our page here. https://spa.xfinity.com/advanced-security There are many reasons for your issue, including 3rd party software of Microsoft software and using this submission could help narrow it down.

@thisisrk. Thanks for trying the site. We can look more into it. Can you provide the device you mainly use and if you use any 3rd party clients. If you use other clients, the bounce happens on those as well?

I'm not Comcast so I can only work with the information you've posted. And, as stated above, if you view the raw source of the bounce email you should find additional information explaining what the problem is. That single line you've posted isn't helpful in understanding what's going on.

By raw source do you mean the email HTML code? Earlier the mailing server was working fine. But after that it started to receive this error.

Bounce messages typically consist of two or three plain text sections followed perhaps by a copy of the bounced message. Additional information is usually found in those plain text attachment sections, accessed via a "View Source" or "Message Source" option. The IP (89.248.104.251) in the transcript was observed sending what appears to be spam and phishing of various types.

In past too customers have done spamming, for that we suspend accounts on basis of blacklist databases search. But this error doesn't provide any such information. Isn't the server be blacklisted on basis of comcast error codes which resemble to #BL00001 or something like that. Or Is this a soft blacklist?
