Errror message "the provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net

I have a few comcast email address, started getting an error message:

XfinityConnect email account?   Error The provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net seem to be wrong. 

Several hours working with chat bot, phone, esclation- who hung up on me.  Super frustrated I am not able to access email on my desktop. Phone works.

Any solution? The error message started, I haven not made any changes to my email settings. Checked Comcast site for the server information, and it matches my settings.
