Please see https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/error-you-cannot-open-more-than-ten-drafts-at-a-time/602daffac5375f08cd1e24ee?commentId=602db00ac5375f08cd20cd0e. The image and instructions posted there were for Comcast's webmail ( https://connect.xfinity.com/ ) on a desktop or laptop. If you are using a mobile device you may need to open webmail in a browser that offers a "Desktop Site" mode, like Google Chrome.
