I am unable to respond or send emails, especially when an attachment is involved.  getting this message...

Hello @jpullman4, thanks for reaching out for help with your email. 

By chance are you using a 3rd party email client such as outlook, or the Xfinity website? Also, are you getting this error when trying to send an email to one person, replying to a group thread, or both?

I am using the Xfinity website.  I get the error message when I do a search for a key word in all emails.
