Error on Android mail
On Feb. 15th this year, my Comcast emails stopped coming into my Android email. I continue to receive all emails via my PC, though. The error I get is, "Couldn't verify account - imap.comcast.net isn't responding."
I used to be a Comcast customer but I had to move to a state that's not in your service area. However, I was told I could continue to use my email address indefinitely.
Can you please advise?

@kgb7070 I don't know if you have received the message on your phone, but if you're using the Xfinity Connect app it will be discontinued on April 20, 2021 so you will need to find another app to access your comcast.net email. I would suggest trying to find one now and set it up to fetch your email. Check the appropriate app store for your phone, or check your phone to see if there is already an email app there.
