error message sending email

When I sent an email I get this message "The provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net seem to be wrong. Please correct them."  I have not changed anything.  So, what's wrong?

How are you accessing your email?  If you're using a third party email client [which one] have you tried logging into webmail?

@Again​ if webmail is logging into Xfinity yes that's how I log in to my email.

I asked the same question and MrG48 answered it.  Yes, they are logging in to Xfinity Connect webmail.

Good morning,

From the sounds of it you may have added an extra email account to be viewable within your inbox. You will want to go into email settings and under the accounts tab edit the added account and retype the password and/or remove the account and add it again with the updated credentials. Example below:

To note, the first line will always be the account you are currently signed into.
