The image and instructions posted there were for Comcast's webmail ( https://connect.xfinity.com/ ) on a desktop or laptop. If you are using a mobile device you may need to open webmail in a browser that offers a "Desktop Site" mode, like Google Chrome.

Hello, @user_77b1af, thank you for reaching out to our forum for help with your email issues. I live out of my inbox, so I totally get where you're coming from lol. Are you still experiencing this issue or have had an opportunity to try some of those steps outlined in the link our awesome community provided?

I'm having the same issue on my android phone. I am showing only one draft, which I deleted.  On my desktop, opening my email, I show zero drafts.  still cannot reply or send a new email from my phone...please advise.
