Erroneous Copyright Violation Notices
I have been receiving numerous erroneous copyright violation notices. I have tries to contact Xfinity via my account but can’t figure out how to send a message to a real person. The “chat” is useless. What can I do? It is extremely annoying to receive these notices and not be able to message anyone.

We have more on our DMCA Repeat Infringement Policy including contact options and hours of operation for the team who works these concerns online.
