When I try to send or reply to an email a message comes up saying. You cannot open more than 10 drafts at the same time. What should I do I don't understand what that means

Does any of the information at https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Error-You-cannot-open-more-than-ten-drafts-at-a-tim... help? You may need to open https://connect.xfinity.com/ in a web browser on a desktop or laptop, or with a mobile device browser's "desktop site" option selected.

Hello, @fbond4! Thank you for contacting us here on our Forums! We would love to help look into what's going on with your e-mails, and why it's not allowing you to reply. When the message error regarding drafts appears, this is caused by multiple non-sent emails being saved in the Draft Folder. To clear out the other drafts, so that you may send new emails, please follow the steps below:
Open email account from https://comca.st/3aiUvYM
Select Draft Folder on left-hand side
Select available email(s) in Draft Folder 1 by 1
Select the Trash Can icon at the top of the email (or you may send them out if you were needing to send them)
Once the drafts are cleared out, you should now be able to send out emails again.

@ComcastStephani: This is not correct in webmail. You can have as many messages in the Drafts folder as you wish. The "10 drafts" limit applies only to emails which have been started but have not yet been saved or sent. These messages do not even appear in the Drafts folder.
