Empty Inbox, missing all emails.
Yesterday, I had over 20,000 emails some dating back to 2006. Today I have zero. I called Comcast and they told me to go into the Trash folder and click the "Recover Trashed Emails" to recover what was lost. I asked if there was another way because the website wouldn't even load 20,000+ emails without crashing. On top of that, selecting each email one by one would take days! They told me this was the only way. Has anyone else had to deal with something like this? Is there any chance everything will go back to normal on its own?
PS: I asked why this would happen and the rep told me if your inbox is full it will just dump everything into the trash folder to be recovered... doesn't sound right to me. Can anyone confirm?

I have also been experiencing e mails getting "dumped" out of my inbox. The last person I spoke to was Saturday the 14th. He checked all of my configuarions and they were all fine. At the end of the conversation he told me that someone would be calling me back. It is now Tuesday and no one has called me back regarding this. This has been going on for about a month now. I guess my next step is to contact the billing department about a permanent discount on my bundled bill and switch over to gmail. I would rather Comcast fix this as it is apparent I'm not the only person this is happening to.
