Emails

I have contacted xfinity assistant and xfinity  my email account has been empty for 3 days where are my emails 

Sign in to webmail and click on the gear icon.  In the left pane click on Auto Forward and see if there is an email address you don't recognize there.  If you're using a third party email app, make sure you sign in at least every 90 days.

Also, have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail?  If so, log in at https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
