Emails

Cannot get into emails, was told they would change password,so i could get into to get my emails, customer 13 years and today you get rid of my emails, need to find a way to get the emails, very important info in them that I need.  [Edited: "Personal Information"], I have talked to 3 different people since 6 pm, it is now almost 10pm, I was told to call CHAT, they could help me.
