How do you check your email? at webmail or using a third party email app?  Are you getting any error messages and if so, what are they?

If we could have a little more information, as @Again asked, that would help us better assist, so if you could tell me if you are accessing your Xfinity email account directly, or if you are using a 3rd party app to check your email?
