Hello, how are you @paulines3? Are you using Apple mail or Outlook on your iPhone? It sounds like you'll want to make sure your mail client is leaving copies on the server. Our support with Yahoo email and mail clients are limited. But if we can confirm what mail client you're using, we can get you pointed in the right direction.
