Hello, @user_8212a9, and sorry for the inconvenience. Can you confirm you are using a supported browser to send emails? There could be some spam violations preventing your emails from going out. For example, sending a single message to many recipients:
Keep the total number of recipients in the To:, CC:, and BCC: fields to under 100.
Sending to many recipients in one day:
Customers aren't permitted to email more than 1,000 recipients from any address over a rolling 24-hour period.
Make sure the message the customer has sent isn't too large. The total size of an email message, including its text, formatting, headers and attachments cannot exceed 25 MB. Attachments cannot be larger than 10 MB each.
