This second one below is actually to me on another account. The error message is patent nonsense. She has always sent me mail to that account. Further, there is no such site as " a.change.org".

Hello! In order to more effectively troubleshoot I'll need to collect some additional account information.

To get started please send a direct message [private message]:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/38Q5JGe

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Thread moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

I guess this means my problem is now in "Email and Web Browsing". This is certainly acceptable and I will mark as such. However, I've not seen any useful as a resolution.

I got another bounce from a message to my wife's Comcast account.:

host mx1a1.comcast.net[96.103.145.165] said: 554 5.1.0

17.58.63.168 Comcast block for spam. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

And I just noticed that every one of these bounces are when I CC'd her on a message to someone else. I tested a day ago with a message I sent directly and got to NO bounce.

Hello. @user_mtj027  I appreciate you reaching out to us here on our forums page regarding the email troubles. I am here and will investigate. Can you tell me more about the troubleshooting steps you've tried on your end.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Good afternoon,

Can you please sign in via the xfinity.com website to confirm if your emails work via the website? Additionally, it appears that at some point your account may have been compromised and there are multiple secondary users created on the account with similar generic naming conventions. In the a.change.org example, it appears it was denied due to failing DMARC - more can be found out about it here: https://dmarc.org

DMARC does not necessarily directly relate to a website a.change.org would be the reporting DMARC for emails specifically whereas the actual domain is change.org.

I'm also seeing a large amount of abandoned connection/authentication attempts from an apple email client. Please sign in via the website, update passwords, security questions, etc. and let me know if anything has changed.

EDIT: If you haven't you should also make sure to run anti-virus and anti-malware scans on your devices.
