emails not sending

we have a different internet provider but use comcast email. We are in the construction queue for geting set up with Comcast for business but right now i am having issues with emails not sending. they show as sent but my recipients on other end are not receiving them. I have read some of the other posts about VPNs- we do not have a VPN and this issue appears to have been going on for a long time

I’m having the same issue with mine using it via the iPhone email app (as I have always done) and now they are sitting in my OUTBOX since monday
