Emails not coming thru

I am not receiving ANY password reset emails to my comcast.net email address. This is a huge dilemma for me & seems very concerning as I'd love to know where they are going. I called Comcast and after 2hrs on the phone, speaking to multiple reps, I got no where! Can someone please help?

I've got the same problem.  2 months ago, one of my long term suppliers mai stopped coing to my.  I've tried to reset the password and the requenst doesn't come.  They say they can't fix it - Comcast has to do so.  But HOW????

Give the sender some other email address you have like Gmail or Outlook.com, etc.  Does the same thing happen?
