emails not being sent

Hello, Could an Xfinity employee please help me with my email. Over the last couple of weeks I've been sending emails to people and they appear as sent but the people I've sent the emails to have not received them. I would like to get this resolved ASAP. Thank you.

Did you try sending a test message to some other account you have like Yahoo or Outlook.com?  Does it go through OK?

Hi, @. I hate to hear of the troubles you're having. Are you having this issue on our website, or are using a third party application such as Yahoo, Gmail, outlook, etc?

I had a similar situation today.  My Outlook was working perfectly and then stopped around 10:00.  I received a notice that "A secure connection to the server could not be made". It held my outbound emails somewhere in never never land.    I was presented with a COMODO digital certificate which I had to accept.   Once I accepted that cert for SMTP.COMCAT.NET I all my emails sent and I was again all good.    Just really odd that this happened.

TODAY - ALL DAY - some sent emails are being received, while others are not - what is the problem Comcast?????  Emails I send to the same address - some go through some don't but they ALL appear in my Sent folder - THIS HAS TO BE FIXED.  Half the time when I log on and try to retrieve my email, the system says it timed out.  THIS IS A HUGE DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So tired of this

Last week, I started having this problem of my emails are in the sent box but the recipients have not been getting them. At first, it was random, but today, none of the people have gotten my emails and they all have different domains. Furthermore, I tried sending from both my Outlook email client and the online Xfinity Connect web interface . . .  in both cases, the Sent Box says the emails were sent but all my friends have said they didn't get my emails even after waiting for half an hour. I have looked on this forum and I have seen that many people have posted about this and many of their posts went unanswered.

My emails show as sent but are never sent.  This has been going on for around 2 months.  Why can't you fix this?

As I suggested some months ago upthread--------have you tried sending a test email from the Comcast account to some other email you have like Gmail or Outlook.com etc?  Does it go through OK?  I'm assuming you are only using the webmail UI and not a client like Thunderbird or Outlook?
