Emails Not Being Received by Sender but show in my Sent Folders

I have recently been experiencing a situation where emails I compose and send show up in my sent folder but are not being received by the recipient yet I gan no notice of non-delivery.  My friend had this situation last week and it was quickly resolved as one of your staff noticed the email account was bloced as a spam account.  Can we resolve this as well?
