Emails not being delivered from one specific store.

I have had contact with the store (chewy.com) multiple times over several weeks now. Their messages are not being delivered to my xfinity address (yahoo and gmail work fine, but I do not use those addresses for shopping, so that is not a valid solution to my problem).

 

Messages from Chewy had been coming to this address with no problems for several years. Now nothing is getting through. I have disabled all spam protection, but still nothing. They have checked everything on their end, and can’t find anything wrong there. What could be going on?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain----------------------
