Hello, user_lm7z1p! I know I'd be reaching out to if my emails went into the trash instead of the inbox. That sounds like it might be an email filter issue. When you have a moment can you please review the following article to double check if your spam filter settings are the cause. Thank you!

Emails going to trash, not inbox

Comcast's mail servers only deliver incoming mail to the Inbox or Spam folders, so new mail would only appear in the Trash folder if:

  • An email filter at (gear icon) / Email Settings / Mail / Filter Rules was set to "Discard" or "Move to folder Trash", or
  • A third party email program or app using IMAP contained a similar rule, or
  • The mail was put there manually

Thank you for responding, but unfortunately, none of these are the case

The "Still have a question? / Report an issue" box is still there, but the only options it lets you pick are the ones @user_8hpyam already posted and described as not relevant to their problem:

  • I'm not able to send e-mail to Comcast customers (comcast.net).
  • I can't reach a website that I want to go to.
  • I failed ID verification at a retail store.

Maybe you just didn't scroll down far enough to see it?
