Emails do not print correctly, only part of the page.

Trying to print a Walmart pick up ticket on Comcast only the left sides of the page prints. It is not a Chrome issue because forwarded the email to Google Mail and it printed perfectly. What gives? I'm reading that others have this problem too.

Are you using the print function in Chrome or the print function [icon] win webmail?

I am using the print icon just above the email.
https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/v=7.10.3-14.20201118.055725/print.html?print_1607856492648

When I use the print icon a preview box comes up and the email isn't displayed accurately there, and if I press Print it prints only the left half of the pages.
I forwarded the email to my backup Gmail account and it printed correctly.

I haven't been able to get a decent print directly through the webmail. Simple text-only emails print OK, but if I'm trying to print one or part of one with images, such as when I want to print a coupon, I can't control how it prints out.

Here's what works better for me. When the print dialog opens, choose print to PDF (wording might vary by browser) instead of your printer. Then when you click print, it won't print but will be saved as a PDF file. After saving, open the PDF file and print from there. You can even choose which page(s) to print if there's more than one.

There might be other options, but I haven't found any.
