Yesterday, 1/23, every email in my inbox back to 12/24 disappeared. Gone. No where to be found through no action of mine. So far Comcast has been unable to explain or recover. Very disappointing as this appears to be a failure on their part that they won't own up to or don't recognize. (I do IT for a living...) Anyone else experience a similar event in this timeframe?

ok. salutations to Comcast support, as my emails have been restored. Clearly this was escalated and someone with appropriate technical skills has resolved. No idea what lead to the disappearance but appreciative of the resolution.
