Emails disappeared with new computer
I recently bought a new computer, and I kept my comcast email address. But all of my emails that I have kept for the past few years have disappeared. There are no emails prior to October 2020.
How do I get my emails back? They were not deleted. They were in my inbox.

Getting a different computer wouldn't have any effect on your Comcast account. How are you accessing the email? With only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird?

I can access through Outlook. I can also access through the comcast website on my browser. All of the old emails are gone.

I can access through Outlook, and I can access through the comcast page on my browser. Either way, the emails are gone.

As a precaution, I would change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now. Suddenly vanishing emails is a common sign of a malware infection or a compromised account. Run a complete scan of your machine with your A/V software to see if it finds anything wrong.
Also, do you have another device like a smartphone or tablet with the account enabled on it? If so it may be downloading and then deleting the messages from the server. Check all the settings in it to see if that's what's going on. If it's not that, call Comcast security and have them look at the account and see if they can recover the messages.

Getting a new computer wouldn't have any impact on your email UNLESS you downloaded all of your email to Outlook and didn't leave any on the Comcast servers. Then, all of your email is in Outlook on your old computer [assuming you were using the Outlook email client and not outlook.com or even possibly Outlook 365, which I'm not familiar with.
So, if you used Outlook on your desktop to retrieve your email and having it delete your email from the Comcast server, it's still residing on that computer; you won't see it on your new computer.

Nothing has worked in accessing my missing emails. I even called Comcast Security, and I explained how my emails from my inbox disappeared when I got a new computer. I did not use Outlook on the old computer. Anyway, all they did was told me to wait a couple of hours and my emails may appear. All that appeared were hundreds of recently deleted emails, which I did not want. I wanted the emails from my inbox! So I'm at a complete loss.

Were any of those "recently deleted emails" from your Inbox?
