Emails disappeared out of inbox
Hello. I was using/reading my emails tonight with no problem. As of an hour ago all my emails sent in the month of November have disappeared out of my inbox. It’s not in the trash, spam or deleted folders. This happened a few months ago and I was told there was an error on your side and my emails were recovered and sent back to my inbox. Can you please advise?

@user_p88as5 Thank you for reaching out to us for help with the missing emails. Between work and my volunteer projects I know how vital it is to keep track of things through email and if they go missing, I will miss something. I'm sorry that we are having this issue at this time. Currently, I am not showing any known issue with emails missing, but we can still help out. Are you accessing your email from xfinity.com? If not, can you try and see if the emails are there please?
