Emails Disappeared from Inbox
Today when I checked my email, almost all of them had disappeared. I've checked the trash, which still has spam emails, but none of my regular emails are there either. Rather than deleted, it just seems like they've disappeared. I found a similar thread on this subject back in March of this year and it seemed to affect multiple users and ultimately be an issue on Comast's end.

As a precaution, I would change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now, and also change your secret question and answer. Suddenly vanishing emails is a common sign of a malware infection or a compromised account. Run a complete scan of your machine with your A/V software to see if it finds anything wrong.
Also, do you have another device like a smartphone or tablet with the account enabled on it? If so it may be downloading and then deleting the messages from the server. Check all the settings in it to see if that's what's going on.

All my inbox emails disappeared this morning, including all emails in folders. This occured when I open Outlook. Will Comcast restore these?

Did you check webmail to see if they are still there?

Thank you for reply. When I go to Filter Emails and check "This year", they all return . However, the next time I open Outlook, they are gone. I tried changing the view but that did not work. So right now, I have to go to Filter emails and check "This year" to see all my emails. I need the This year emails to remain in inbox. Any advice?
