Hi user_4ba019, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. It sounds like the app may need to be registered again, please sign your email account out of the app and then sign back in. This should fix your issue.

Correct! Apple Mail is an app on your Iphone right? Please go to your mail settings on the phone and remove the email account that you're using, once removed please add the mail account back to the Apple mail app and try your mail again.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Good afternoon,

Reviewing our logs I can confirm that the email client "iPhone Mail" is accessing your mailbox via IMAP and proceeding to delete emails. This is generally an issue with the configuration of the email client. As mentioned above, removing and setting up the email account within the email client may resolve the issue. Alternatively, you would want to troubleshoot the settings within the email client itself as its not a Comcast service deleting the emails.

Comcast is the only email that does this.

Gmail and Yahoo do not remove email within the Apple Mail app
