Emails Deleted without consent

My emails were deleted from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have important emails gone that I need recovered. How do I get them back and how can I get in touch with an agent instead of the Xfinity assistant, which is no help?

user_dihvvd Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear your emails are missing, that is very concerning. Are you using a 3rd party email program that imports your emails? Have you checked the Xfinity Connect portal directly to see if your emails are there? https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/

I have checked thoroughly. They are missing completely. I did not delete them and I have been using xfinity portal directly. I would like to speak to a real person on the phone! The virtual assistant is no help at all!

Thanks for the additional information user_dihvvd! Have you tried reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team? They are really helpful with it comes to Comcast.net email issues.
