Emails are being queued

I've noticed that my emails are currently queued and not being sent out. I often receive this error message 4.2.0 Throttled - https://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#RL000010. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and what steps I must take to resolve the issue?

@user_l1wm94 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to clarify, is this happening with a third party email app or when you log into our Xfinity site and send mail from there?
