emailed redlined word attachments appear as clean pdf documents
When I open up an email received on my PC computer that has an attached redlined "Word" document, the attachment opens up as a clean PDF. When I open up the same email on my IMAC, the attachment is the correct redlined "Word' document. The problem would therefore appear to be with the settings on my PC. Any advice aas to which settings need to be changed on my PC computer?

Some things that are probably worth mentioning: How are you getting email on the two systems? Do you use an email client? If so, same email client(s) on both systems? What does the email client on each system claim the attached file to be? For example, I'm looking at an email now that has three files attached all ending in .pdf. Is the sender of the email sending both? It's common to send pdfs as a backup for anyone who might not have Word. Oh - DOES the PC have Word?
