Since your Xfinity email has moved over to Yahoo, support for accessing and recovering your email is now handled directly by Yahoo. They’ll be the best team to help get you back into your account as quickly as possible. I understand that’s not the most convenient answer, but reaching out to Yahoo support should get you the help you need.
