I assume you mean your @comcast.net email account? If so, how are you trying to access it? With only a browser and the webmail UI? A desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird? With the mail app on a phone? We need more details to be able to help you.

These are great questions and items we will need to know to help out and make sure you can access your email. The other item is did you migrate your email over to yahoo yet? If so, you would be able to access your email through yahoo.com and in the Yahoo Mail app.
