EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!
My comcast.net email is not receiving emails. I have attempted to send 2 different emails from 2 different other emails I use, but neither of them gas gone thru.
So far this is what I have tried:
I have logged in on other browsers, changed my password, signed out and signed back in, deleted all spam, trash and other emails in folders making sure I am not over on space. Nothing has worked.
I do not use an email client.. I always check directly in xfinity... so I don't use any 3rd party.
Please help!

PS. Your "forum" form will NOT allow me to choose the tags 'email' or 'comcast' in the post contact form!

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
