Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I know how important it is to be able to send and receive e-mail, how are you accessing your Xfinity e-mail are you accessing it through our Xfinity app or are you going to https://login.xfinity.com/login ?
Have you tried resetting your password and logging back into your account to see if that gives you access to send and receive emails?
