Not able to access my Comcast email through my mail app on iPhone and IPad. Did just get an email to upgrade my email legit or what?

When you go to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite are you able to see your emails?  If no, when was the last time you logged into the webpage?

That email you're asking about....when you log in to webmail, do you see the verified logo next to it or when you open it?

mtcycles I would treat that message as Spam. We don't have an email service you can upgrade to.

Removing this service & NOT dropping rates?...This is unacceptable given what Xfinity charges. Having to change your email address is a BIG deal for many people like me who made the bad choice of trusting Xfinity to be my main email account. Time to lookm at Fidium for me. Im sick of being nickle & dimed to death by Xfinity. Really, having the email was the only reason I hadn't done it.

Email isn't a line item on your bill; it has been a free service that Comcast gave to us.
