Is Xfinity attempting to get out of the email business? I've never seen a worse website for email. How many hoops are we supposed to jump through before we are directed to email? It's almost impossible to find.

Good evening user_uwwdgv!! Welcome to our Xfinity Forums Community! Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the email service, but you have reached the right place. When you are trying to access your Xfinity email, what issues are you encountering? Are you accessing it directly through the Xfinity website?

Yes, I'm trying to access email from the Xfinity website. Nowhere on that website is a link to email, or else it's camouflaged. This is the web page I am directed to when I search for Xfinity: https://www.xfinity.com/overview

Now, that said, I discovered that if I use a browser to search for "Xfinity email", I am directed to a web page for Xfinity email. From that site, I can access my email. This seems to be working now, but in the past, it did not. In fact, I just tried this and had no trouble. But I find that logging out is not working. When I open my Xfinity email, I click on the "Sign Out" link, but am redirected back to my inbox.

(By the way, were did that user name come from? I don't recall ever creating that myself.

user_uwwdgv, The username displayed on the Xfinity Community Forums may differ from what you initially set up if it was changed by an Xfinity Forum Administrator. This happens when the original username violates the forum's guidelines or acceptable use policy, or if the administrator chooses to change it for another reason, such as providing more anonymity.
