I’m in Jamaica and can send email but can’t receive email.

Greetings! Thanks for visiting Xfinity Forums for help with your incoming email. You can check a few settings: 

 

 -Make sure you have not exceeded the mailbox limit- you receive 10GB of email storage per Xfinity ID.

 

-Check current storage by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of Xfinity Email, then looking for the Email Usage meter info at the bottom of the expanded menu.

 

-Make sure you are using the Xfinity Email website at connect.xfinity.com and not an email client. 

 

-Further check your settings at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access
