I am having problems getting an email that a site is sending with a code to be entered for authentication. The site sends the email but I do not receive them. This means I can not use the site. This is becoming more frequent. The email is not in the junk folder. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

Thank you for reaching out @tencargarage I am sorry to hear you are not getting an email. Is this to your Xfinity email address or another email address?

The issue is with my Xfinity email address. I have tried multiple attempts to have the site resend the email but it never arrives.

Are you getting other emails from other websites?

I am not sure what you mean? For the most part I am getting emails to that address. But actually I do not know if an email was sent to me and I did not receive it. For example: I was on the phone with the Illinois Sec of State's office and they were going to send me an email while I was on the phone. She sent the email three times and it was never received. I Efile court records to a court's Efile software run by Tyler Technologies. They serve the entire State of Illinois. I was having problems getting emails from them using my main email address and my attempts to have the emails resent were never received. Tyler tech support emailed me and said Comcast is sending them a code not to send emails with my address to them. If they reset the code the mails are received for awhile but resorts to the problem soon after. I never send emails to Tyler so it cannot be from a volume of mail.  I upload files to their server and that works fine. I worked around the situation with Tyler by using a different email address. I've also noticed my sent emails contain emails that I did not send. They appear to be spam type emails that somehow get redirected to my sent folder vs sending them to a spam or received/In Box  folder. FYI I have had this email address for decades.

@tencargarage If you are seeing emails you did not send and having issues getting your emails from important places, the best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact CSA by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.
