Hello, @Help4Vet, how are you? Have you already tried resetting your Xfinity password? I recommend doing so using the following link. Also, clear cache and cookies and avoid using any shortcuts. Go directly to www.Xfinity.com and test multiple devices.
I do not need to reset the password. I can’t even get to the login page for the email. I tried sending test messages to the email address and they cannot be delivered. Deleted cookies and still did not work.
Help4Vet we will need more details, and we will need to confirm some facts to provide you with accurate support. But are here to do all we can. I have a few questions that will help. Are you using an email client? Are you not able to get to our home page www.Xfinity.com?

Not using a email client. Trying to access XfinityConect.email.comcast.net Found out the account is inactive, so I am trying to deactivate before it is deleted.
Help4Vet Yes, it still works. I have a quick question. Do you have an active account with Xfinity at this time?

@XfinityKassie I have an Xfinity account and I sign in multiple times. The Connect.Xfinity.com site opens up and then closes right away and goes to the Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts page.
I have been experiencing this same issue intermittently for the past month. I have cleared cache & cookies, go directly to the X website. Where is the resolution?
@user_2y05ln I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your email. Our team is here to help.
Can you tell us how you're accessing your emails?
Are you using the Xfinity app or a website? If you're using a website which web address is it?
Are you seeing any error messages or error codes?
Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to access your emails?

I have the same problem!
can’t sign into my email or access the Comcast.net inbox. All routes to my inbox land here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information
Xfinity states my Comcast.net email is active.
https://customer.xfinity.com/settings/xid/uidemail
But when sending a test email to my Comcast.net account I get a delivery failure email!
“Your message wasn't delivered to user@comcast.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
The response from the remote server was:
550 5.1.1 Not our Customer”
